To start the process of joining us on one of these rides, please fill out the form as best you can - Name and Email are the only REQUIRED fields, but that won't tell me much, will it?

Fill it out - when I get it, I'll see what we have available and talk to you by phone or email.

No money is due until after we make sure there is space, and your pick-up location is near our departure route. Once deposits are in place, we can get you ready for what should be an absolutely amazing ride.

Payment and
Cancellation Policies

You may reserve a spot at any time. If your deposit is more than 90 days out from the start of the trip, a measly $100 will hold a spot, and put you in cue for which route we'll be taking to pick up bikes. This is Fully Refundable.

At 90 days out from the start of the trip, your deposit needs to be at least $500. Between 60 and 90 days, if you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned less $200 for administrative costs.

By 60 days out from the start of the trip, your trip should be fully paid. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days out, your deposit will be returned less $500 for administrative costs and the chaos it will cause for the other clients if I have to cancel a trip because of it.

If you cancel anytime between the trip start date, and 30 days out, your funds cannot be returned. Did I mention Trip Insurance, yet? Cancelling this soon before a trip is a nightmare to shuffle around, and some advance reservations are non-refundable to me, routes are confirmed, vacations planned and drivers hired.
